So what I got from what I just read… offset ASSUMED it was Kenneth behind the page and tried to check him so Kenneth kept the same energy when they were set to cross paths???? Cardi & Offset has this strange ideology that they need to “check” people if they’re spoken on. Cardi really from the streets so she should know better. How ironic is that… very if you ask me cause what does that situation have to do with Kenneth and Nicki? I feel like y’all just pieced together a whole narrative to make it 100% look like Kenneth and crew just wanted all smoke and cardi with her entourage were just totally minding their own, which is not the case at all. Cardi was making tweets and liking tweets all this time later since the VMA’s and Offset literally made videos engaging with these dudes talkin tough.
Everyone is playing a part in this, even the women who came into the mix after the husbands started going at it but stop trying to act like it was only Nicki and Kenneth side. Both sides is full of gang members so nobody is stupid enough to think one side is gonna be well behaved while the other is gonna be wildin out.
It’s unfortunate that any Nicki-Cardi beef is still going on. Cardi should have never been put up to be in comparison with Nicki Minaj in the first place. Nicki is a true rapper/artist. Cardi is a stripper turned entertainer (which is fine and I’m happy for her success) but she’s not a writer, lyricist, rapper. They really are in different categories so this whole beef has been dumb from the beginning. They should have been able to coexist/collab but that would have been to powerful for the world to handle, I guess. The fact that we are here years later is really sad. Then you have the man attached to Nicki who really does dim her shine. She is at legend status and should not be associated with anything like this. We should be hearing nickis name in relation to upcoming projects, business deals, etc. Not durag activities. I wish both ladies/sides would bury the hatchet for the betterment of themselves their careers and the lives of everyone around them. And of course their children. Imagine them still beefing in their 60s 🙄
This whole thing is dumb and unnecessary but very reminiscent of the Lil Kim vs Foxy Brown drama because men got involved in that beef as well. Nicki’s fans are no better because they’re not seeing the bigger picture but defending her husband’s actions and adding fuel to the fire. Not sure who but somebody needs to step in and squash this whole thing. I’m not a Nicki fan but no one can deny her success. I like Cardi but she is not nor ever was a threat to Nicki, Nicki allowed the industry and maybe her own insecurities to get into her head. Enough is enough. Let it go already. Nobody else needs to lose a life over “rap beef”. For anyone whose too young to understand, rap beef stays on wax, doesn’t need to spill over into real life, but as we’ve seen in the past personal issues are manipulated by the industry and the fans are manipulated as well by taking sides, then you have the sideline crews who get involved and boom…chaos ensues and as we saw with Big and Pac lives are lost for no reason. Enough! We get it Nicki and Cardi do not like each other…who gives AF? Put all this BS to rest. Nicki needs to put Kenneth on ice or leave him, or he will continue to put a mark and a bad light on all of her accomplishments, and in her own words she will go down as a sore loser. Clean that situation up ASAP.
