Imo I still think there was a struggle over the gun causing shots that hit something and ricocheted possibly off the ground causing the fragments in her foot or feet. He might have shot in the air after getting the gun in the struggle to cause the argument/fight to stop. Also the apology could have been bc during the argument he told Kelsey he was sleeping with Meg also which could be cause for him saying she’s never gonna speak to me again especially if she didn’t want Kelsey to know about them. It’s just weird that Kelsey had the Gsr as well if only he was shooting.
