The most dangerous time for a battered woman is when she finally decides to lèave her batterer. I am a DV survivor. I am also the Mother of Aja Dawn Robinson. A beautiful 23 y/o young woman that was just moving on with her life and loving a new man…and her 25 y/o ex boyfriend Jeremy Mickens couldn’t handle it..so he decided to execute her on a public street at 5:30 in the morning and then, like a coward…kill himself.
