If you have paid and are still unable to access your account, send a screenshot of your PayPal receipt to email@example.com . While some of you are paying and gaining immediate access, others are not.
Please DO NOT send emails three different places (i.e., Admin, G, IG DMs), be patient with us and you should receive a response within 24 hours at the latest.
We are working on trying to resolve this issue. However in the mean time, we have to manually fix everyone’s account.
Also if your account is fixed, please send a quick email stating that it is. Sometimes G and I receive emails about the same member and they have already been fixed. Let’s try to prevent that.
If you are manually sending payments in via PayPal, please make sure you have the CORRECT email. You should be sending payments to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you send it anywhere else, it is not getting to us and will not get you access to this blog.
